The VD961A, known as the Magna Sensor, is of a new generation of electronic sensors which do the job of a loop detector, except better and more reliably. The Magna sensor recognizes vehicles by the ferrous content of the car. Unlike ordinary loop detectors, the sensor adjusts for most drainage and access covers.

The VD959 'Dynamite' Adjustable vehicle loop detector is an absolute favorite for an EXIT sensor / Loop detector that requires no loops to be cut and is self setting, so takes a quarter of the time to install than the traditional loop detectors.
